Sleepytot's award winning baby comforters have little Velcro paws which can hold onto dummies, soothers or teethers. The Millpond Child Sleep Clinic recommend them as a way of helping little ones find their dummies easily at night and return to sleep without fully waking.

Sleepytot has little velcro paws that hold things like dummies and teethers to comfort and soothe your baby. He can hang onto cot bars, allowing him to comfort baby safely and soundly - right from birth!

He’s a perfect pillow for little heads on hard surfaces like changing tables and supermarket trolleys, and he can hold dummies so don’t get lost at night anymore, helping everyone get a good night’s sleep! Lastly he can grab onto baby’s car seat or buggy strap when you’re out and about so he never gets lost.

He makes it easier for babies and toddlers to give up their dummies, when the time comes, and even toddlers love him because there are so many ways to play with his paws; simply open the paws and attach a soother or teether and close the paws again.

Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery:

Standard delivery is Royal Mail 48, this is not a guaranteed or tracked service and typically delivery will take 2 to 3 working days for mainland UK. Royal Mail aims to deliver 98% of all RM48 parcels within 3 days.

We offer FREE standard delivery on UK mainland orders over £35

If you are out when delivery is attempted, your local delivery postal worker will leave a red card which will contain information on how to collect your parcel from your local sorting office or re-arrange delivery. If your item is not collected or redelivered within 10 working days it will be returned to us. Items returned to us will be subject to a redelivery charge of £3.00 or your money will be refunded less a restocking charge of £3.00

Because this service is not tracked, we are unable to consider any claims for lost items until 10 working days after the expected delivery date. This would be 13 working days after postage. This may be subject to change and is in accordance with Royal Mail compensation for loss see the link below:

If you require the comfort of having your order tracked, we can offer Royal Mail 24 and 48 hour tracked delivery. Neither of these options is guaranteed but delivery is typically 24 and 48 hours respectively. We will hold tracking information which is available on request.

Next Working Day:

Available service for next working day delivery guaranteed (excluding Saturday), this service covers England, Wales and some areas of Scotland. The cut-off time for next day delivery is 11am although in many cases we can extend this. Please contact us for more information if required and a full list of areas not covered by the next day service.

Overseas Orders:

Daisy Baby Shop now works with MH International to deliver your parcel anywhere in the world using a fully tracked delivery service.

Delivery times vary but are typically Europe 5 to 10 working days, US and Canada 7 to 12 working days and Rest of The World 10 to 15 days.

Returns and Refund Policy

The team at Daisy Baby are proud of the quality of our service and we always endeavour to meet the high standards our customers deserve. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, then we offer the following terms and conditions for your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied in any way at all, please return the unwanted item within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

The item must be unused and retain its original labels & packaging. Sale items are not returnable or refundable. If your item has been lost or damaged in transit, has arrived faulty, or is incorrect, then please call us immediately on +441935 473318. We will then arrange the best course of action to take. 

If you chose to personalise an item, this then falls outside of the distance selling act and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.

In all returns situations we recommend that you use a signed for service, with adequate insurance to cover the value of the item as Daisy Baby cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. To facilitate a speedy refund or replacement, please include a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return.
