New from Cuski, the 'Miniboo' is a comforter used for babies born prematurely. It is used as part of the developmental care programme on the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) or SCBU (special care baby unit), since, when babies are reliant on incubators and poorly, they aren't able to be cuddled in the way Mum and Dad would want to cuddle them, which can be detrimental to the parent/baby bonding process.
The Miniboo, when kept on Mummy's person, will pick up all her lovely smells and scents. When placed next to the baby in the incubator, the little one will become familiar with the parent's natural aroma, and, when swapped back, the baby's smell will help milk flow if Mum is breastfeeding!
PLEASE NOTE: In most hospital units, plush toys are NOT allowed in incubators, however Miniboos ARE allowed.
Cuski recommend using Miniboo from premature stage up to 3 months old. After this time, it's advised that you move up to the normal sized Cuskis, unless used for weaning off big Cuski at nursery or reception.

Reliving old times. My son loved the original Cuski when he was a baby 14 years ago and our daughter who is due to be born in May/June will love her Cuski fizzy I'm sure. Best price I could find on the internet and fast delivery. All in all a great shopping experience.

Bought this for my second baby as our 1st got accustomed to being rocked to sleep in our arms. This settles baby so much quicker and baby stays settled for longer. It stops playing after 15 mins but starts again if it notices movement. I love it and when baby is older the teddy part will come in handy. It's well made and definitely worth every penny.
